It's a top priority of mine to provide a safe environment for my clients and myself during this pandemic.

I have been fully vaccinated and continue to wear a mask with my clients, and anytime I'm out of my home.

During my sessions I run a HEPA air purifier and a fan at all times to help circulate the air. 

 

An email will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment to check for any signs of illness. I ask that you please reschedule if you're experiencing any of the following symptoms:

cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, new fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, muscle aches not related to exercise of injury, diarrhea not related to another condition.
